Stay present
” Jyoti wrote this story on May 8 2010 at 19:12 (7:12 PM) ET: This is the second time I've been sent a message to stay present during a time when Negative energy levels were rising. My roommate came with me to speak with a mechanic, whom I actually think is very friendly, about my car not being fixed. My roommate actually started the confrontation forcefully saying that they were supposed to fix my car, it wasn't fixed and they are responsible. Both were going back and forth, the mechanic saying It wasn't their fault and my roommate saying it was. Now I am standing not literally in the middle but in the middle of their back and forth dispute. I feel the energy rising up in me and both of them are already lost in the negative void and I knew were not present in the least bit. During times like this I know to stay calm, breathe and be as present as possible. An F bomb was thrown a couple of time (haha) and i was thinking "oh boy it's over with now"; my hand just so happened to be on the counter with my phone in my hand when I could feel the energy rising up and-- beep beep. I get a text message and I knew who it was. Stay Present it said. This is the second time I was in around negative energy like this and I was helped with a message to remain present...not a coincidence : )
